PAYMENTS
I accept a variety of payment methods. You can view all accepted payment types by scrolling to the bottom of the homepage.
All items are packaged and shipped after payment has been received.
SHIPPING INQUIRIES
Unless otherwise noted, all items are Made to order. Please allow 6 to 8 business weeks for processing and shipping. If you’re in a hurry, choose expedited shipping during checkout to speed up the process.
For any shipping questions or specific inquiries, feel free to contact me with your order number.
Made to order or Pre order pieces will have separate shipping timelines, so be sure to check their descriptions for specific details and plan ahead!
I use Canada Post for shipping. Once I drop off your package, it’s in their hands. If you’ve selected tracked shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order.
If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with Canada Post or your local postal service.
As a small business, I’m unable to cover the cost of lost or stolen packages.
Please note that custom fees and duties are the buyer's responsibility. These costs vary by country and I’m unable to predict them in advance.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you change your mind within 1 hour of placing your order, I can offer a full refund. After this window, I unfortunately cannot process cancellations.
Made-to-order items are non-refundable.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me right away! I’m happy to help find a solution.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving it, with a photo of the damage and your order number. I’ll review the situation and do my best to resolve it. Some items may be repaired or recreated, while others (like one-of-a-kind earrings) may not be replaceable.
If your earrings experience wear and tear, I’m happy to discuss repair options. Please reach out for details — repairs typically cost $10 + shipping.
REPAIRS
If your item requires repairs, I’ll assess the damage and let you know if it’s possible to fix. If repairs are necessary, I’ll cover return shipping, but the buyer is responsible for the return label.
In cases where a return is approved (outside of repairs), please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee, and the buyer will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
HARDWARE CHANGES
If you need clip-on earrings or have a preference for a specific metal (like silver or gold hardware), just leave a note with your order.
I use sterling silver, stainless steel, gold-plated stainless steel and nickel-free hypoallergenic findings for all items.
