I accept many different payment types! You are able to see which payments are accepted if you scroll down to the bottom of the home page!
Items are packaged, or created (if applicable) and shipped only after payments have been received.
Unless stated otherwise, items are sold as ready to ship. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for items to be shipped. If you are in a rush to receive your items, please select expedited shipping during checkout! Otherwise, if you are unsure about how long it will take to ship out, please send me an email with your order number!
Made to order or preorder pieces will have their own shipping timeline, please make sure you read the description of those items and plan ahead!
I use CanadaPost as my main courier. Once packages are dropped off by me and are with Canada Post, I am no longer responsible for them.
Please refer to your tracking number (if applicable) and follow up with your local post office with questions about your package. Pick "tracked shipping" during checkout if you prefer having a tracking number!
Please file a claim with Canada Post or your local postal office for any lost or stolen packages. As a small business, I unfortunately cannot afford to replace or refund packages that have been lost or stolen.
Buyer is responsible for covering any custom fees and duties that their parcel may or may not be subject to. I am unable to determine the costs of customs and duties beforehand, as those differ from country to country.
Returns & Exchanges
I don't accept returns, or exchanges. After placing your order, you have a 2 hour window to cancel your order and get a refund! After that time window has passed, I unfortunately cannot accept any cancellations.
But please send me an email if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
If an item arrives damaged, please let me know! I don’t accept returns but if something happens during shipping, please take a photo and send me a message with that and your order number within 24 hours of receiving them so I can see what I can do! Some earrings are one of a kind and cannot be replaced while others may be recreated or repaired.
Sometimes, accidents happen to earrings - please contact me if you have a “wear and tear” accident! I’ll let you know if it is something that it is repairable - if it is, it is subject to an additional $10 + the shipping cost.

If a return is approved, the buyer needs to send the earrings back safely and buyer must pay for the return label. If the return is for repairs, I will inspect the earrings for damages and notify the buyer if a repair can be made and if return shipping will be covered or not.
If a return is approved for reasons outside of repairs, earrings will be inspected for damages and will also be subjected to a 10% restocking fee in addition to the buyer needing to cover return shipping costs.
I know that many people are allergic to certain types of metal, and can only wear a very limited selection of metals. For that reason, I have stated under each listing wearing a finding change is possible of not! You can request a clip on swap by adding this listing to your cart! (Add 1 for each earring that needs a swap)
I typically use sterling silver, nickel-free hypoallergenic findings. Switching from sterling silver to gold-plate findings is unavailable at the moment for earrings.
